Employee phone numbers collected through this program are used exclusively for workplace communication and will not be sold, rented, or shared for any promotional or marketing purposes.

SMS Communications

Employees who opt in may receive SMS messages from Wear-Planted related to scheduling reminders, operational alerts, meeting notifications, and administrative updates.

Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for assistance.

Consent to receive SMS messages is not a condition of employment.

Information Sharing

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. All categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.

We may share information with service providers (such as Twilio) solely to the extent necessary to operate the SMS messaging program. These providers are contractually obligated to protect your information.

Data Security

We implement reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect your personal information. However, no method of transmission or storage is 100% secure.

Data Retention

We retain your information for as long as necessary to provide our services and comply with legal and regulatory requirements. Consent records are retained for the duration of employment plus 12 months.

  • You may request deletion of your data, subject to legal requirements

Opting out of SMS does not affect your employment status.
